<br />Good Value Homes~ Inc. is pleased to have an interest in a
<br />parcel in Roseville. We have been developing land and
<br />building homes in the Minneapolis - St. Paul Metropolitan
<br />Area for the past 25 years. We are committed to
<br />developing quality neighborhoods which meet the needs of a
<br />particular market.

<br />The purpose of our meeting tonight is to explore with you
<br />the potential for developing a parcel near your home. We
<br />have developed ideas for a development which we believe
<br />are feasible. Many parts of our plan are incomplete and
<br />will undoubtedly need modification. We are here tonight
<br />to share our ideas and to listen to your comments.

<br />We have met with the City of Roseville staff and the
<br />Planning Commission. After our meeting with you we will
<br />move into the final design phase.
