Baffled weir has to be installed at the outlet of the <br />west pond. <br /> <br />2. All doghouses need to be cemented in storm sewer <br />structures. <br /> <br />3. A 6n orifice plate needs to be installed in the outlet <br />pipe in the west pond. <br /> <br />4.
