Stat. chs. 115 and 116, plans are <br />approved and a permit is hereby granted to the above-referenced Permittee for <br />the construction and operation of a sanitary sewer extension in Roseville, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />The facilities will consist of 868 linear feet of 6 and 8 inch sanitary sewer <br />plpe. <br /> <br />The facilities are further described in MPCA approved plans a~d specifications <br />designated as: <br /> <br />"Grandview Townhomes Roseville, Minnesota" received March 23, 1994, prepared by <br />Passe Engineering, Inc. for Good Value Homes, Inc. <br /> <br />It is the Permittee's responsibility to assure compliance with any special <br />conditions and the general conditions that are required by this permit. This <br />includes taking all necessary measures needed to comply, including, but not <br />limited to, the notification of contractors or others who may be carrying out <br />this work. <br /> <br />SPECIAL CONDITION <br /> <br />Should the Permittee sell or otherwise conveyor assign any of their right, <br />title or interest in the project described in this permit, such sale or other <br />conveyance shall not release the Permittee from any obligation imposed by this <br />permit, unless the party to whom the right, title or interest has been <br />transferred or assigned agrees in writing to fulfill the.obliga~ions of this <br />permit and the Agency approves transfer or assigrrment.¡f <br /> <br />PERMIT NUMBER: 18844 <br /> <br /> <br />F.
