No. 94088 <br /> <br />Dear Lon: <br /> <br />The following lists our findings regarding the stormwater <br />runoff into the city right-of-way. The supporting <br />calculation is also attached. <br /> <br />1. Based on the site topography, the runoff into the city <br />R.O.W. is estimated to be 6.40 cfs for the existing <br />site, assuming a design storm of 10 yr, 30 min. (i = <br />3.3 inch/hour). This is based on an existing <br />impervious area of 0.94 acres and an existing turf area <br />of 2.98 acres. <br /> <br />2. After the site is developed, the stormwater runoff into <br />the city R.O.W. is estimated to be 10.33 cfs which <br />includes a portion of the roof area. This is based on <br />a proposed impervious area of 2.94 acres and a proposed <br />turf area of 0.96 acres. <br /> <br />3.
