Paul, MN 55114 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Kornberg: <br /> <br />The Roseville City Council, at its F ebmary 14, 1994 meeting, approved your <br />request for final plat and final Planned Unit Development (PUD) at 2360 W. <br />County Road C with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That a sidewalk along the south side of County Road C be required. <br /> <br />2. That all changes to County Road C, in particular proposed median cuts, must <br />have Ramsey County Traffic Engineer's approval, and the project must meet <br />the requirements of the Rice Creek Watershed District. <br /> <br />The Mayor and City Manager have been authorized to execute a Planned Unit <br />Development Agreement and a Subdivision Agreement between the City of <br />Roseville and CSM Corporation for the development of the property at 2360 W. <br />County Road C.
