The proposed drainage plans show the new system being
connected to the City of Roseville's existing system
on the west side of Long Lake Road. The existing storm
sewer system can not handle the additional runoff. The
proposed plans have a note on them stating the existing
city system to be upgraded by the city. If this is done
it would be done under a public improvement at 100% of
the cost being paid for by the developer. An on site
pond should be studied for this site.

2. The landscaping plans show some plantings on top of the
proposed new drainage system. Care needs to be taken
to e~sure that this does not happen.

3. The plans do not show services for sanitary sewer or
water for the new building.

4. The sign location on the Long Lake Road side of the lot
does not have a 30 set ,back.
