<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />III <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />III <br /> <br />III <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />III <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 34.030 OF THE CITY CODE <br />OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, WHICH DESIGNATES WHERE ABOVE <br />GROUND FLAMMABLE LIQUID STORAGE TANKS ARE PERMITTED. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />Section 34.030 of the City Code is hereby amended to add the following new <br />Paragraph C: <br /> <br />C. Not withstanding the limits for above ground storage tanks established <br />in A and B in this section, such storage tanks in other areas may be <br />aUowed by pennit approved by the City Council with the <br />recommendation of the Fire Marshal subject to conditions imposed by <br />the City Council on such permit. Such storage tanks shall be designed <br />to meet all applicable state and federal regulations, shall be located in <br />rear' yards, and shall be screened ITom eye level view ITom adjacent <br />properties and public streets by buildings, landscaping, or by a screen <br />wall. Screen wans shall be constructed of similar and compatible <br />materials to that of the principle structure. Such pennit shall expire <br />five (5) years after the date of approval. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and <br />publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, this _ day of <br />, 1993. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Manager <br />
