River Road #301 <br />Fridley, MN 55421 <br /> <br />Dear Bob: <br /> <br />The Roseville City Council, at its January 24, 1994 meeting, accepted Rottlund <br />Companies Inc. request to withdraw its application for a residential Planned Unit <br />Development on tlle Corpus Christi site. The Council also agreed to waive <br />application fees for a new proposal on the same site for a period of six months <br />with the option to extend that time ftame for an additional six month period if an <br />application is pending. <br /> <br />The Mayor and City Council congratulated Rottlund Companiest efforts to find a <br />site and develop affordable housing in the City of Rosevil1e.
