The complex is quitø <br />new and the people seem to be taking proper care of there <br />homes and we are not being called. <br /> <br />But, any time you increase the population density of an area, <br />law enforcements calls for service will "normally" be <br />increased. There are exceptions to this and they can be <br />designed in to prevent against that occurring. It is called <br />Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED). I <br />would be happy to visit with you reference to CPTED. <br /> <br />I hope this answers your questions and I am sorry we did not <br />meet your response date.
