PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of RoseviIIe will meet at Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, on Wednesday, Febmary 9, 1994 at 7:30 p.m., for the purpose of considering the following request: The City Council has continued consideration of Space Center Inc. 's request for rezoning from B-6 to B-3 and has instructed the Planning Commission to reconsider consideration of this request in the form of a PUD. The applicant wishes to construct a 121,000 sq. ft. office/warehouse building at 2481 N. Cleveland Avenue. The City Council, of the City of Roseville, will meet on Monday, Febmary 28, 1994 at City HaJI at 7:30 p.m., to consider this request. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: All that part of Tract "F", lying South of a line nmning parallel to and distant 50 feet Southerly from a line described as foJIows: Beginning at a point 935 feet, measured South from the center line of the main track of Northem Pacific Railway, on a line which is 798.5 feet Westerly of and nmning parallel with the West line of East 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 8, Township 29, Range 23; thence from said point of beginning, with a back sight on the preceding course and deflecting to the right 83 degrees 45' in an Easterly direction 177 feet to a point; thence deflecting 5 degrees 45' to the right from the preceding course and continuing in an Easterly direction in a straight line to a point of tennination on the aforesaid West line of the East 1/4 of Northeast 1/4 of Section 8, in Registered Land Survey No. 50, on file in the office ·of the Registrar of Titles within and for said County.
