<br />CARPENTRY
<br />Includes roof edge blocking, rooftop unit blocking, miscellaneous toilet room accessory
<br />blocking, overhead door blocking, office window blocking, P-Iam window sills and P-lam
<br />lavatory toilet room tops.
<br />
<br />MEMBRANE ROOFING
<br />Includes loose lay one layer of 1/2" perlite over structurally sloped metal roof. Install (1) layer of
<br />3-1/2" expanded polystyrene insulation over perlite (R=16.67). Furnish and install a Firestone
<br />45 mil EPDM ballasted roof system with 10-year manufacturer's guarantee. Flash approximately
<br />120 1.f. of curb, (8) roof drains, (4) vent stacks, (54) smoke vents and (12) flues. Furnish and
<br />install (1) 2'6"x4'6" roof hatch. Furnish and install 24 ga. prefinished metal at roof edge and
<br />overflow scuppers.
<br />
<br />SEALANTS
<br />Includes caulking of all hollow metal door frames and window frames.
<br />
<br />HOLLOW METAL. HARDWARE AND WOOD DOORS
<br />Includes (30 hollow metal frames, (12) hollow metal doors, (18) solid core wood doors, door
<br />closures, lock sets, latch sets, hinges, weather stripping and thresholds.
