<br />Beltmann North American <br />Scope of Work <br />December 16, 1993 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />ACOUSTICAL TILE <br />Includes 2x4 acoustical lay-in tile and metal grid in office area ceilings. <br /> <br />RESILIENT FLOORING <br />Includes 12x12 vinyl floor tile and vinyl wall base on warehouse office floor, warehouse <br />lunchroom and office lunchroom floors. <br /> <br />CARPET <br />Includes carpet on all office area floors with vinyl wall base, except floor with ceramic tile or <br />VCT. <br /> <br />PAINTING <br />Includes finishing wood doors, (2) coats paint on bollards, metal stairs, hand rail, door frames <br />and all sheetrock office walls. <br /> <br />TOILET PARTITIONS & ACCESSORIES <br />Includes (11) wall hung metal toilet partitions, (4) urinal screens, (4) toilet room signs, (4) towel <br />dispensers and disposals, (10) soap dispensers, (10) mirrors, (11) toilet paper holders, (7) napkin <br />dispensers and (6) grab bars. <br /> <br />LOADING DOCK EQUIPMENT <br />Includes (14) McGuire Mechanical Dock Levelers, Model MKA-1078, capacity 28,000 lbs, 7'x8', <br />hinged lip 16" long, two bumpers per leveler, full range toe guards and weatherseal. Includes <br />(14) Fairbom Truck Dock Shelters, Series 2000, designed for 8'xlO' doors. Consists of wood <br />frames covered with translucent fiberglass. Dynalon 1 fabric with scotch ply stays sewn in. <br />Steel protector bumpers. <br /> <br />FLOOR MAT <br />Includes (1) vestibule floor mat and frame. <br /> <br />PLUMBING <br />All sanitary sewer, waste, vent and storm systems shall be PVC or cast iron materials above and <br />below floor. All water piping systems shall be of Type "M" copper and 95/5 solder materials. <br />All water piping not in plumbing walls shall be insulated with fiberglass insulation. All fixtures <br />shall be of American Standard or equal. All plumbing materials shall confirm to state and local <br />codes. <br />
