This policy applies only when residential property, R-1 through R-8, is listed on the Abstractor's Certificate. '!his policy does not apply to property proposed for development which is zoned R-l and will be or continue to be used for single family housing. Please indicate the date that you have met or will be meeting with the affected property owners: 21. Except as noted. the following infonnation must be submitted for all applications. A. Abstractor's Certificate listing the NAMES AND ADDRESSES ON I.¡\BEIS of the owners of the land within 350 feet of the boundaries of the property in question special use permit, rezoning, PUD and comprehensive plan amerdment applications is required. ~50 feet for variance, lot divisions, preliminary/final plat, house relocation, and vacation of right-of-way applications is required. c. Proposed plans (2 copies) including site plan, landscape plan, grading and drainage plan, and exterior building elevation drawings showing building materials is required (1 copy for shoreline permit). D. Reductions of a readable scale of the proposed plan (26 copies). (1 copy only for shoreline permits) . E. Narrative - (See attached content requirements). F. Documents as required by the City Plarmer.
