<br />'" <br /> <br />J.,~1 <br /> <br />June 14, 1994 <br /> <br /> <br />Har Mar Inc. <br />Jerry Slawik <br />1951 University Ave. <br />St. Paul, MN 55104 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Slawik: <br /> <br />The Roseville City Council, at its June 28, 1994 meeting, approved your request for <br />POO Final Development Plan and final plat approval at Snelling Avenue and COlUlty <br />Road C with the foUowÙ1g conditions, subject to completion and approval of a <br />Subdivision Development Agreement by the City Manager: <br /> <br />(1) The Snelling Avenue access to the restaurant shan be an "entry only" area and <br />be reviewed by the city's traffic consultants and signed appropriately. <br /> <br />(2) The applicant shall place trees on the Lincoln Drive Boulevard as per the Twin <br />Lake's Design Plans. <br /> <br />(3) Outlot B shall become part of Lot 3. <br /> <br />(4) Sidewalks along the west side of the property shall be installed or a dedication <br />to the sidewalk ftmd for future construction shall be made as per staff <br />recommendation. . <br /> <br />(5) The bank tower shan be no more than 20 feet in height. <br /> <br />~ , <br /> <br />.
