This amendment is initiated by a change in <br />use of the structure on Lot #4 from a six lane drive-through banking facility of 6000 square <br />feet, to a 10,000 square foot building with retail space and a food service facility with a pick <br />up window. The cover letter briefly describes the operation of the food service component <br />(Boston Market). <br /> <br />We are requesting you to review the traffic again, based on this new Lot #4 useage. We <br />believe all other traffic concerns that you noted last year have been addressed on these plans. <br />MNDOT did give approval to maintam the access to the Conoeo site from SneJ1ing which <br />ultimately leads to this site. <br /> <br />Please review at your earliest convenience, as we are scheduled for the early June Planning <br />Commission meeting and would appreciate having your favorable response by that time.
