Prior to the commencement of site development activities by the <br />DEVELOPER, the DEVELOPER intending to commence activities shall <br />have posted with the CITY a landscape bond, a letter of credit, or other <br />security acceptable to the City in an atnOlUlt equal to 1500/0 of the cost of <br />all site landscaping and site restoration. The specific amount of this letter <br />of credit, bond, or other seclU'ity shaH be detennined by the Community <br />Development Director, following, the completion of all site construction <br />plans. <br /> <br />B. Trash enclosures shall be inside or attached to the building with a roof <br />cover. <br /> <br />I. The building design and materials, site plans, and landscape plans shall <br />be as per the plans presented to and approved by the City Council on June <br />28, 1994. <br /> <br />J. The traffic consultant will review stop signs and other pedestrian safety <br />devices along Lincoln Drive. <br /> <br />K. All parcels shall contain cross easement agreements for parking if any lots <br />are separately conveyed. <br /> <br />L. The site shall include designated pedestrian walkways connecting all <br />
