<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 13th day of November 2000, at 6:30 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The foHowing members were present: <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />Council Member <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />A Resolution Reaffirming the Vacation of Three Roadway Easements (Document No. <br />2191187,1579619, and 1716354) for a Portion ofCohansey Street <br />Between Lovell Avenue and Minnesota Avenue <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Roseville City Council~ on May 23, 1994 approved the vacation of the roadway <br />easements for the portion of Cohansey Street lying between Lovell and Minnesota Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, these roadway easements are ]egally described as follows: <br /> <br />Document No. 2191187: A circular cul-de-sac 100 feet in diameter, the center of which is <br />located at a point; said point being described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast <br />comer ofthe West one-half ofthe Southwest one-quarter of the Northeast one quarter ofthe <br />Southwest one-quarter of Section 12, Township 29, Range 23; thence Westerly along a line <br />of said West one-half of said Quarter, Quarter, Quarter, 130.4 feet; thence Southerly and <br />parallel to the East line of said West one-half of said Quarter, Quarter, Quarter, 172 feet to <br />the point of the center of said cul-de-sac; except that property conveyed for street purposes <br />in Document No. 157619 in Book 1924, page 574. <br /> <br />Document No. 1579619: Except the North 30 feet, the East 25 feet of the following <br />property: That part of the West half of the Sçmthwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of the <br />Southwest quarter of Section 12, Township 29, Range 23 West, except the East two acres <br />thereof and except the 60 feet of the South 190 feet thereof. <br /> <br />And that part of the above West half which lies within a circular cul-de-sac 100 feet in <br />diameter, the center of which is located on the Easterly boundary of said property distant <br />419.52 feet South of the North line of the West half Southwest quarter of the Northeast <br />quarter of Southwest quarter of said Section 12. <br /> <br />Document No. 1716354: Except the North 30 feet~ the West 25 feet of the following <br />described property: the North half of the East two acres of the West half of the Southwest <br />quarter ofthe Northeast quarter ofthe Southwest quarter of Section 12, Township 29, Range <br />
