At our Board of Directors <br />May meeting, we voted to support the rezoning request with the <br />following conditions I <br /> <br />1. Evergreen tree barrier of a minimum height of five <br />feet be planted along the rezoned properties west <br />property boundary. The evergreen trees be planted <br />a maximum of ten feet apart and placed along the <br />entire west property line. <br /> <br />The tree barrier be planted at the same time the <br />certificate of occupancy is granted the dwelling. <br /> <br />2.
