The main <br /> <br />reasons for this is that all of us neighbors, the Westby1s included, fought <br /> <br />to keep our neighborhood Rl with the Concordia project and we do not wish to <br /> <br />open it up now to a zoning change encroaching on the single family homes and <br /> <br />the possibility that in the future, to having the residence become RENTAL <br /> <br />PROPERTY. <br /> <br />We certainly would not object to a single family or, if the lot permits, <br />2 single family hanes being built on this parcel which is more in character <br />with our neighborhood. <br /> <br />Thank you for taking this into consideration. <br /> <br />Respectfully yours, <br /> <br />Nick & Sandy Schuneman <br />479 Lovell Ave. <br />Rosevil1e, MN 55113 <br />
