<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />December 11, 1991 <br /> <br />Pagel <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />presentation <br /> <br />Shardlow summarized the history of the project and the proposal. <br /> <br />DISCUSSI:ON <br /> <br />Issues discus~ed included the history of the site including <br />previous right-of-way dedications, the need for additional <br />landscaping and screening, the number and type of vehicle$ to be <br />parked on the site~ duration vehicles will be parked on the site, <br />whether servicing will occur on the site, whether auto sales will <br />occur on the site, the lease term, handicap accessibility, location <br />and number of handicap parking spaces, whether the automobile <br />leasing would be considered an accessory use as required by the <br />ordinance, whether the special use permit should be limited to a <br />specific time frame such as 5-10 years, and right-of-way dedication <br />requirements. <br /> <br />HOTI:ON <br /> <br />Roberts moved and Harms seconded a motion to recommend approval of <br />Thomas willmust request for a special use permit for an <br />administrative office for a car leasing and rental agency at 2480 <br />Cleveland Avenue North with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That there be no cleaning or maintenance of vehicles on the <br />site. <br /> <br />2. That the maximum number of lease/rental vehicles on the site <br />be limited to 50. <br /> <br />3. That there be no storage of trailers or 2 wheel dollies on the <br />site. <br /> <br />4. That there be no pUblic sales of vehicles on the site. <br /> <br />5. That right-Of-way be dedicated along County Road B-2 as <br />required.
