Total renovation ofthe existing building exterior to enhance Muslof Distributors image <br />and provide the City of Roseville with an esthetically pleasing structure. <br /> <br />B. To replace a structure which was destroyed in 1993 by casualty providing Muslofwith <br />the much needed additional building area for its intended use. <br /> <br />The improvements to be done which do not confirm are: <br /> <br />1. Variance to front yard set back for the building already standing. <br />2. Variance side yards for the building already standing. <br />3. Variance in rear yard set back and curb requirements to accommodate reconstruction of <br />collapsed structure. <br />4.
