BACKGROUND <br /> <br />. Feniswood Addition was platted for townhome development in 1983. The <br />plat is located north of County Road:B. south of Higbway 36, and west of <br />Gluek Lane. The plat that was apprq>ved in 1983 contained utility and <br />drainage easements to provide for p~blic utilities such as sewer and water and <br />stann sewer. Due to actual field placement of utilities and the location of <br />buildings within the plat, it is necessary to modify one of the utility easements <br />located on the northern edge of the plat. By the City vacating a portion of the <br />existing easement and the developer, dedicating additional easements to the <br />City. the alignment can be straightel)ed out and cover the actual location of <br />underground public utilities. Attac~ed to the planning report are copies of the <br />legal description of those portions o~ the easement to be vacated by the City <br />and 'a legal description of the easement that needs to be granted to the City by <br />the developer. <br /> <br />2. STAFFRECOMMENDAT(ON: <br /> <br />Staff'recommends approval of the ~cation of those portions ofan existing <br />utility and drainage easeménts leg~y described with the attached legal <br />descriptions generally in the area of 2249 Ferris Lane in Roseville. <br />
