NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the property acquisition of portions of PID numbers <br /> 04-29-23-33-0007, 04-29-23-34-0001, 04-29-23-33-0002, and 04-29-23-31-0015 for road <br /> purposes is consistent with the adopted City of Roseville 2030 Comprehensive Plan. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized <br /> to execute the Memorandum of Agreement for Parcels 1 & 2 and the Memorandum of <br /> Agreement for Parcels 3 & 4 for the acquisition of land from PIK Terminal Company <br /> contingent on the procurement of title insurance policies for the properties satisfactory to <br /> the City, confirmation of the correct identity of the seller's entity, and written agreement <br /> for division of applicable tax and assessment payment obligations. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br /> Councilmember Willmus and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br /> thereof: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee, Roe and the following voted against the <br /> same: None. <br /> WHEAREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
