Behning
Project Coordinator

Gentlemen:

Reference is made to your letter of April 14, 1994.

I am applying to vary from City Code 82.080 (Item 4.)
Minor Variance: Driveway.

In compliance with 10. Information which must be submitted
for all applications: I herewith enclose the following:

A. Application and Check for $25.00 Fee

B. 8-1/2 X 11" Site Plan showing property lines,
and location of all existing and proposed
improvements, upon which I have made some changes
and additions. These are deletion of "Dellwood"
and insertion of "Fairview"; crossing out of pro-
posed driveway apron

C. Approval from owners of adjacent properties

D. Written statements from the applicant explaining
why the variance is necessary and what hardships
are present.

Further, I would like to state that the property at 1827
Draper Drive was completed and occupied by my family and me
in June, 1955, and so I would choose to invoke the Grand-
father Clause, and request variance from the City Code.

At no time in the almost forty years of usage has there
ever been any accident caused by the location of this
driveway.
