The activities may include watercraft <br />launching, loading, storage, beaching, mooring, or <br />docking. They must also include other outdoor <br />recreational activities that do not significantly <br />conflict with general public use of the public water or <br />the enj oyment of normal property rights by adj acent <br />property owners. Examples of the nonsignificant conflict <br />activities include swimming, sunbathing, or picnicking. <br />The covenants must limit the total number of vehicles <br />
