<br />'18.026 Administration. <br /> <br />18.026.1 Enforcement. The Community Development Director is responsíble for the overall <br />administration and enforcement of this ordinance. Any violation of the provisions of this <br />ordinance~ the provisions of any pennit issued in accordance with this ordinance or failure to <br />, comply with any of its requirements (including violations of conditions and safeguards established <br />in cOMection with grants of variances or conditional uses) shall constitute a misdemeanor and <br />shall be punishable as defined by law or as otherwise provided in the Municipal Code of the City <br />of Rosevi11e. <br /> <br />18.026.2 Permits Required. In addition to any pennit requirements of an underlying district or <br />an ordinance in force for the entire city~ permits are required in shoreland impact areas and <br />wetland overlay districts for the construction of retaining walls, fences, water related accessory <br />structures, watercraft accessory devices and signs. Application for a permit shall be made to the <br />Community Development Director or the D]rector's degjgnee on the forms provided. The <br />application shall include the necessary information so that city staff can detennine the site's <br />suitability for the intended use. <br /> <br />All permits within the Shoreland, Wetland, and Storm Water Management Chf er must specifY a <br />temúnation date~ not to exceed 12 months fTom the date of issuance. A permit may be <br />determined to be null and void by the Community Development Director if it is determined after <br />" issuance that false supporting information was filed with the pennit application. This certificate will specify that the use ofland conforms to the requirements of this <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />18.030 Designation of Water Management Overlay Districts <br /> <br />18.030.1 The Water Management Overlay District hereby created and is divided into the <br />foHowing subdistricts as shown on the Official Zoning r..1ap; the Shoreland District, the Wetland <br />Protection District, and the Stonn Water District. The Official Zoning Map is hereby adopted by <br />reference and declared to be a part of this ordinance. The Official Zoning Map shall be on file in <br />the office of the Community Development Director. The Community Development Director shaH <br />maintain the necessary records to maintain and display the Official Zoning Map as amended. The <br />boundaries of the overlay districts as shown on the Official Zoning Map are considered to be <br />approximate and must be established on the ground at the time of any application for pennit, <br />variance. conditional use, planned unit development or subdivision of land. <br /> <br />9 <br />
