<br />18.026 Administration. <br /> <br />18.026.1 Enforcement. Th~ Community Development Director is responsible for the overaH <br />administration and enforcement of this ordinance. Any violation of the provisions oftrus <br />ordinance~ the provisions of any permit issued in accordance with this ordinance or failure to <br />comply with any or its requirements (including violations of conditions and safeguards established <br />in connection with grants of variances or conditional uses) shall constitute a misdemeanor and <br />shalJ be punishable as defined by law or as otherwise provided in the Municipal Code of the City <br />ofRoseville. <br /> <br />18.026.2 Pel'Jßits Required. In addition to any pennit requirements of an underlying district or <br />an ordinance in force for the entire city t pennits are required in shoreland impact areas and <br />wetland overlay districts for the construction of retaining walls~ fences~ water related accessory <br />structures, watercraft accessory devices and signs. Application for a permit shall be made to the <br />Community Development Director or the Director's designee on the fonns provided. The <br />application shaH include the necessary infonnation so that city staff can determine the site's <br />suitability for the intended use. <br /> <br />An pennits within the Shoreland, WetJand~ and Stonn Water Management Ch¡" 'er must specify a <br />termination date~ not to exceed 12 months trom the date of issuance. A permit may be <br />detennined to be nul1 and void by the Community Development Director if it is detennined after <br />issuance that false supporting information was filed with the permit application. As part of any <br />such detennination, the Director or assigns will issue a stop work order~ post the same on-site, <br />send a copy by certified maiJ to the permittee and detennine what other enforcement action is <br />necessary . <br /> <br />18.026.3 Certificate of Zoning Compliance. The Community Development Director shaH issue <br />a certificate of zoning compliance for each activity requiring a permit as specified in this <br />ordinance. This certificate will specify that the use ofland conforms to the requirements of this <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />18.030 Designation of Water Management Overlay Districts <br /> <br />18.030.1 The Water Management Overlay District hereby created and is divided into the <br />fol1owing subdistricts as shown on the Official Zoning ~fap; the Shoreland District. the Wetland <br />Protection District~ and the Stonn Water District. The Official Zoning Map is hereby adopted by <br />reference and deçlared to be a part of this ordinance. The Official Zoning Map shall be on file in <br />the office of the Community Development Director. The Community Development Director shal1 <br />maintain the necessary records to maintain and display the Official Zoning Map as amended.
