<br />18.130 <br /> <br />ZONING CODE <br /> <br />C. All structures except boat houses, piers and docks shall <br />be set back from the normal high water line 150 feet. <br /> <br />3. Parking and loading requirements for all Business and <br />Shopping Center Districts: <br /> <br />A. Where parking and/or loading is allowed in the yard set- <br />back requirements of a Business District, no parking, <br />driveways or loading areas shall be permitted within 100 <br />feet of the normal high water line. <br /> <br />B. Parking , driveways, and loading areas which serve <br />Business uses which are contiguous to lake shore shall <br />be screened with a hedge, berm or fence no less than <br />five (5) nor more than six (6) feet in height. Such wall <br />shall be at least 85 percent opaque. <br /> <br />c. Surfacing and drainage of parking and loading areas <br />shall be as required in the official zoning Code. <br /> <br />" <br />1 <br />, <br /> <br />18.130.
