<br />18.170 <br /> <br />ZONING CODE <br /> <br />A complete plan shall include the location, size and <br />design of all parts of the well to be installed, <br />altered, repaired or extended. The application shall <br />also show the present or proposed location of sewage <br />disposal facilities and the name of the person, firm or <br />corcoration who is to install the svstem. and shall <br />provide such further information as måy be' required by <br />the Chief Code Enforcement Officer <br /> <br />18.160. Waste and Sewage Discosal. <br />1. The disposal ûf sewage, industrial wastes, or other wastes, <br />as defined in Minnesota statute Chapter 115 shall be subject <br />to the standards, criteria, rules and regulations of the <br />Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. <br /> <br />2. No rubbish or trash of any sort shall be thrown or discarded <br />in any manner into any public water or into any watercourse <br />leading to a pUblic water. <br /> <br />3. No solid waste disposal site shall be located within the <br />jurisdiction of this chapter unless approved by the <br />Pollution control Agency. <br /> <br />4. Any premises intended for human occupancy must be provided <br />with an adequate method of sewage disposal to be maintained <br />in accordance with acceptable practices, and pUblic or <br />municipal collection and treatment facilities shall be <br />required. <br /> <br />18.170. Development Standards within the Shore Lands Area of <br />Designated Public Waters and NECA Districts. <br />All development proposed on properties contiguous to "Public <br />Waters" and/or containing an NECA area shall be subj ect to the <br />approval of a development plan, and require a Conditional Use <br />Permit in accordance with the Roseville zoning Code. At the <br />request of the council, such development plan may include a <br />complete site plan indicating proposed location of structures, <br />parking, and other improvements and may be required to include ë <br />grading plan, a landscape plan, and exterior elevation 01 <br />proposed structure. <br /> <br />Such development shall include cutting of trees and shrubber~ <br />other than isolated trimming and removal of dead vegetation, anc <br />excavation, filling and grading of terrain. <br /> <br />Plans for NECA areas not within the required setbacks shal: <br />delineate development proposals designed to maximize th. <br />retention of the natural environmental qualities of the area. <br /> <br />} <br /> <br />107 <br />
