<br />18.220 <br /> <br />ZONING CODE <br /> <br />In order to secure information upon which to base its <br />determination, the City council may require the applicant to <br />furnish, in addition to the information required for a permit, <br />the following information: <br /> <br />A. A plan of the area showing contours, soil types, high water <br />mark, ground water conditions, bedrock, slope and vegetative <br />cover. <br /> <br />B. Location of buildings, parking areas, traffic access, <br />driveways, walkways, piers, open spaces and landscaping. <br /> <br />C. Plans of buildings, sewage disposal facilities, water supply <br />systems, and arrangements of operations. <br /> <br />D. Specifications for areas of proposed filling, grading, <br />lagooning or dredging. <br /> <br />E. other pertinent information necessary to determine if the <br />proposed use meets the requirements of this chapter. <br /> <br />The city Council, in evaluating each application, may request <br />the County Soil and Water Conservation District to make <br />available expert assistance from those state and federal <br />agencies which are assisting said district under a memorandum of <br />understanding and any other state or federal agency which can <br />provide technical assistance. <br /> <br />In its discretion, the City council may refer an application for <br />conditional use permit to the Planning Commission for a hearing <br />on the proposed conditional use permit. <br /> <br />18.210. Substandard Lots. <br />Lots of record in the County Registrar of Deeds (or Registrar oj <br />Titles) office prior to the date of enactment of this ordinancE <br />may be allowed as building sites provided such use is permittee <br />in the zoning dist.rict ¡ the lot is in separate ownership fray <br />abutting lands; all sanitary and dimensional requirements of th~ <br />ci ty code are compl ied with insofar as practical ~ and th. <br />minimum size and length of water frontage shall be no less thal <br />70 percent of standard lot frontage requirements. <br /> <br />18.220. General Provisions. <br />L Erosion and Sedimentation control. No structures shall b <br />placed in any area which require grading and/or fillin <br />which will result in impairment of public waters by reaso <br />of erosion and sedimentation, violate provisions of State <br />wide Standards and criteria for Management of Flood Plai <br />Areas of Minnesota, or result in impairment of fish an <br />aquatic life. <br /> <br />109 <br />
