<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVlLLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, October 8, 2001, at 6:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Klausing, Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel and Kysylyczyn <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Kysylyczyn introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9946 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION WITHHOLDING <br />TAX FORFEIT PROPERTY (pIN# 04-29-23-41-0029) <br />FROM SALE FOR A 6-MONTH PERIOD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County has provided the City of Roseville with a list of the available tax <br />forfeit properties in the City of Roseville, and <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, tax- forfeit property (PIN# 04-29-23-41-0029) is located directly adjacent to <br />an existing City park and storm water drainage facility, and <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, Staff has determined that this parcel would be a good addition to our storm <br />water facility as well as Oasis Park, and <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, we are interested in acquiring the parcel, but do not have the appraised value <br />for purchase at this time, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, that we <br />request Ramsey County to withhold Tax Forfeit Property (PIN# 04-29-23-41-0029) from sale for <br />a 6-month period. <br /> <br />The motion was duly seconded by Maschka and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: Klausing, Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel and Kysylyczyn and the following <br />voted against: none. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
