The site at 2435 Rice Street has in <br />excess of 23 parking spaces over and above City code requirements. The <br />proposed location for the storage of lease velùcles is separated from the main <br />parking area and traffic flow and therefore, will not pose any traffic concerns. <br />The one item of concern might be the amount of vehicle vacuruning that will <br />occur and how much noise this will generate. Staff would recommend approval <br />of the special use peffi)it for the outside storage of vehic1es subject to linllting the <br />nwnber of vehicles to no more than 14, that the vehicles be parked along the <br />south side of the building and that Snappy Car Rental will not perfonn any <br />maintenance or repair work on the vehicles on this site. <br /> <br />'1-- P LA lYWulLS <br />'YO~ <br />
