They will <br />occupy approximately 1,200 square feet. <br /> <br />Snappy needs a special use permit because of the outside storage of automobiles. We <br />propose they utilize the south parking area which stays unoccupied at all times. This area <br />is behind the building and adjacent to Steichens Sporting Goods. Snappy is a rental car <br />agency only and will not be selling cars from our lot. Per the Lease, no more than twelve <br />(12) rental cars can be parked at any given time and two (2) delivery trucks. There are 21 <br />spaces along the south side. <br /> <br />Snappy will not perform any maintenance or repair work. All car washing and oil changes <br />will be done at local service stations. The only maintenance item performed on the property <br />would be vacuuming. <br /> <br />Snappfs lease commences July 1~ 1994 and the Landlord must have time to prepare their <br />space for occupancy.
