Driveways must be a minimum of five feet from neighboring <br />property lines and be a minimum of thirty fee £fom an intersection right-of-way line. Currently, <br />the east edge of your driveway is approximately seven feet from the Fairview Avenue right-of- <br />way line, In order to comply with city code, this must be re-built to a point thirty feet from the <br />Fairview Avenue right-of-way line, or you may apply to vary from city code by a "minor <br />variance."
