Lexington Avenue <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Alkali: <br /> <br />The Roseville City Council, at its October 24, 1994 meeting, approved your request for a special use <br />permit to construct an automobile repair facility at 3114 N. Lexington Avenue with a 5 foot east side <br />parking lot setback variance and a 10 foot north driveway side parking setback variance with the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That sidewalks be installed on both the Lexington and County Road D sides of the property. <br /> <br />2. That the complete dedication, per the applicant's survey, of right-of-way to the County be <br />complete and recorded before the building is occupied. <br /> <br />3. That alternate screening, approved by the City, shall be provided on the east property line if <br />the garages on the adjacent property are removed. <br /> <br />4. That additiona1landscaping be provided on the south side of the property as approved by City <br />staff. <br /> <br />5.
