<br />City ofRoseville Planning Commission Minutes <br />Wednesday, June 8, 1994 <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion: Member Wietecki moved, seconded by Member Thomas, to recommend <br />approval of an interim use permit for 2 years with Ramsey County to report to the city on <br />usage, spills, and operations within the two-year period, and to do "grab" sampling outside <br />the concrete area, and to do no paint exchange, and if changes occurred in the operator, <br />operations or uses, they must be reviewed and approved by the city. Welsch noted that th Ity is required by state <br />statutes and state agenc to review its existing ordinances d practices. There have <br />been a number of problems accomplishing this task b ause of the diverse opinions on <br />the implementation and on the I edients of the or . ance.
