City ofRoseville Planning Commission Minutes Wednesday, June 8, 1994 MINUTES Motion: Member Wietecki moved, seconded by Member Thomas, to recommend approval of an interim use pennit for 2 years with Ramsey County to report to the city on usage, spills, and operations within the two-year period, and to do "grab" sampling outside the concrete area, and to do no paint exchange, and if changes occurred in the operator, operations or uses, they must be reviewed and approved by the city. The site must be maintained during the entire year, and the existing interim use pennit conditions, which have not been amended, still apply, and the signage is hereby approved subject to staff approval with notations of a hot-line for citizen call-ins when something unusual occurs. Member Thomas asked if the city does get notified of spills, and Lon Aune responded that "yes" the city does receive notice.
