Objectives <br />Braun Intertec was authorized by the Ramsey County Public Health Department to perfonn an <br />Environmental Property Assessment of the referenced property (SITE). The objective of the <br />assessment was to evaluate potential environmental hazards at the SITE. <br /> <br />A.2. Scope of Services <br />The services provided for this project consisted of the following: <br /> <br />a review of selected geologic infonnation with regard to the SITE and <br />surrounding area; <br /> <br />a review of previous land use activities at the SITE; and <br /> <br />a reconnaissance of the SITE to visually evaluate present or potential <br /> <br />environmental hazards. <br /> <br />A Hazardous Materials Survey was not part of the scope of services for this project. <br /> <br />This Environmental Property Assessment was prepared based on the results of these activities. <br /> <br />A.3. SITE Description <br />The SITE is located within Township 29N, Range 23W, Section 13 in the city of Roseville, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota. At the time of this investigation, the SITE consisted of two <br />portions of land. The first portion was located east of Kent Street and contained a top soil pile <br />(See Section C.S.). The second portion of land was located north of Larpenteur A venue and <br />contained a pea gravel pile. A SITE location map is attached in Appendix A. <br /> <br />B. SITE Geology <br /> <br />Braun Intertec routinely reviews selected published and SITE specific (if available) geological <br />infonnation during the course of the Environmental Property Assessment.
