<br />August 25, 1994 <br /> <br /> <br />Sandra Kentfield <br />Tom Reinen <br />2225 Fernwood <br />RoseviUe, MN 55113 <br /> <br />Re: Kentfield final PUD at 1716 RamUne Avenue <br /> <br />Dear Ms. Kentfield and Mr. Reinen: <br /> <br />The Roseville City Council, at its August 22, 1994 meeting, approved your request for final planned <br />unit development (PUD), consisting of a 1976 sq, ft. building on a 16, 740 sq. ft. lot at 1716 N. <br />HamJine Avenue with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. Sign designs must be part ofPUD and in the fonn of a monument sign meeting the sign code. <br />2. Drainage plan details must be approved by the City Engineer before the City Manager and <br />Mayor wì11 sign the document. <br />3. Conifers or other low, year round plantings, must be planted in area originally used for <br />parking spaces I and 2 (spaces I and 2 are to be removed). <br />4. Handicapped -parking spaces must be designated on original spaces 3 and 4, and add more <br />parking on expanded spaces 18 and 19. <br />5. A complete landscape plan must be submitted, including attempts to save as much vegetation <br />along south and west property edges as possible. Any trees taken down in this area must be <br />replaced on site. Plantings must include 5% coverage in the parking lot. <br />6.
