The Planning Commission, at their July 13, 1994 meeting, continued <br />consideration of an ordinance amending City Code Section 7.025 regarding <br />garage and boutique sales in residential districts to the August 10, 1994 <br />Planning Commission meeting. The Commission asked staff to provide <br />additional information including deftnition of nuisance, number and location of <br />complaints in past year, how other communities regulate garage sales, if there <br />are any national guidelines such as AP A, purpose of ordinance, and how <br />boutique, estate, and yard sales should be regulated. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />1. It is recommended that the City Council continue consider~tion of an ordinance <br />amending City Code Section 7.025 regarding garage and boutique sales in <br />residential districts to the August 22, 1994 City Council meeting. <br /> <br />Council Action Requested=- <br /> <br />1.
