The engineering staff has reviewed this proposal and <br />has the following recommendations: <br /> <br />1. This should be a Preliminary Plat not a Division of <br />Platted Lot. There will be three lots. <br /> <br />2. New utilities will have to be built to serve two of the <br />new lots. <br /> <br />3. Western Avenue will have to have new curb cuts for the <br />new driveways when the new homes are built. <br />
