<br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />SECTION 2.2.1 permit Request Fee <br /> <br />All applicants shall pay a permit request fee of $Sø.øø per cell <br />site or a minimum of $3Ø0.00 which ever is greater. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.2.2 <br /> <br />Gross Revenue Fee <br /> <br />The permittee shall pay to the City/County a minimum of 5% or the <br />maximum allowed by law of all gross revenues derived from the <br />wireless Telecommunications System including but not limited to <br />equipment sale, equipment rental, voice service, data service, <br />vehicle location services, security monitoring. paging and all <br />other services and revenue from related subsidiary companies <br />which use the wireless system to directly generate ,any portion of <br />their revenue. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.2.3 Cell Site Permit Renewal Fee <br /> <br />The Permittee shall pay to the City/County an annual Permit <br />renewal fee of $lØØ.ØØ per cell site. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.2.4 <br /> <br />Wired Network Requirement <br /> <br />Privately placed lines, fiber optic cables or other conductors <br />placed by the Permittee to support the backhaul portion of the <br />network are subject to all appropriate City/County ordinances <br />unless the Permittee is a legally franchised Telephone company, <br />Cable TelevisioR Company or Power Company whose franchise <br />includes Tel~communications as an allowed service. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.2.5 <br /> <br />Fee Adjustments by thé City/County <br /> <br />The City/County may adjust these permit fees each year to the <br />extent allowed by law. The minimum adjustment shall be set by <br />the cumulative increase in the Consumer price Index published by <br />the United States Department of Labor for Urban Wage Earners <br />(1967=10Ø%), since the initial establishment of this permit fee, <br />or since the most recent increase in the permit fee for any and <br />all subsequent increases after the first increase, and only after <br />a public hearing and at least 20 days notice to all Permittees, <br />except as hereinafter provided. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.3 <br /> <br />Payment of Fees <br /> <br />The annual compensation and permit fee provided for in Section <br /> <br />2 <br />
