The following is a <br />nonexclusive list of such matters which could be legitimately <br />considered by the council: <br /> <br />1. Interference with public safety communication systems. <br /> <br />2. Potential danger to property and persons in the event of <br />structural failure. <br /> <br />3. Nuisance created by warning lights on structure. <br /> <br />4, Interference with electronics or communications equipment used <br />by nearby property owners. <br /> <br />5. Interference with air traffic in the area (e.g" medical <br />center with helipad nearby) . <br /> <br />I recommend that you notify nearby property owners of the applica- <br />tion. It may very well be that neighbors in the area would be <br />adversely affected in a manner not contemplated by us at this time. <br />They should be given the opportunity to express their concerns to <br />the Planning Commission and Council. <br /> <br />M~' <br />
