OneComm will retain <br />ownership of the tower throughout the life of the lease, however, the City <br />may lease space on the tower to other users and keep 100% of the rent. At <br />the end of the lease, ownership of the tower will be transferred from <br />OneComm to the City. The rent starts at $600 per month and increases 15% <br />every five vears, up to 25 year~.
