<br />systems. This sum shall be the basis for computing the <br />fees imposed pursuant to Section 2B(2). Such sum shall <br />not include any> bad debts, deposits, promotional or <br />vendor discounts or credits nor sales , service <br />occupational or other excise tax to the extent that such <br />taxes are charged and billed as separate items from the <br />normal service charges and are remitted by the Permittee <br />directly to the taxing authority. <br /> <br />SECT¡ON 4. LE~GTH OF PERMIT AND NON-EXCLUSIVITY <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Non-Exclusivity, <br />Any Wireless Telecommunications Permit issued by the City <br />in accordance herewith shall be a NON-EXCLUSIVE permit <br />for the use of the easements, streets, public ways or <br />public places within the City as specified in the <br />Wireless Telecommunications Permit for the erection; <br />construction; reconstruction, operation, maintenance, <br />dismantling; testing and use of a Wireless <br />Telecommunications System. The City may, at its option, <br />issue Telecommunications Permits or similar permits to <br />any and all qualified requestors. <br /> <br />B. Conditions for Continuance <br />Any Wireless Telecommunications Permit issued in <br />accordance herewith by the City shall continue in full <br />force and effect so long as the Permittee is in <br />compliance with this Ordinance, all applicable federal, <br />state and local Ordinances and regulations and the space <br />occupied in the easements and rights of way are not <br />needed for a public purpose. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />C. Removal Upon Revocation <br />In the event any Wireless Telecommunications Permit shall <br />be revoked} the applicable Wireless Telecommunications <br />System shall, at the option of the City, be removed from <br />the streets, easements, public ways and public places at <br />the sole expense of the Permittee. <br /> <br />SECTION 5. PERMIT LOCATIONS <br /> <br />A. Permit Location Requirements <br />Any Wireless Telecommunication Permit issued in <br />accordance herewith for a Wireless Telecommunications <br />System or single cell site shall apply only to the <br />location ,or locations shown on the Wireless <br />Telecommunications Permit as issued. Each permit shall <br />clearly state the accurate location of each cell site and <br />~ specify the height, mounting mechanism, and cell <br />configuration.
