Please distribute <br />these copies to the appropriate persons for review. I would like to discuss it with the <br />City's attorney as soon as possible so we can submit it to the Council for final review at <br />the next available Council meeting. <br /> <br />You will note that OneComm will build the radio tower to accommodate more than <br />OneComm's antennas. OneComm will retain ownership of the radio tower throughout the <br />life of the lease, however, the City may lease space on the tower to other users and keep <br />100% of the rent. At the end of the lease ownership of the tower will be transferred from <br />OneComm to the City.
