I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I 5.18 Any franchise issued in accordance herewith must include a provision whereby the City/County may, at its option, purchase the assets of the franchisee at the end of the term of the franchise. 6.Ð Procedures The Ehgineering Department shall file with the City/County Council the following documents: 6.1 Within five (5) days of issuance, a copy of each RFP or other solicitation issued pursuant to this resolution. 6.2 within ten (10) days any formal request for a franchise received from a prospective franchisee. 6.3 within fifteen (15) days of approval by the City/County Council a copy of the final agreement for each franchise granted pursuant to this resolution. 6.4 On or before July 1 of each year, a report detailing the revenues received by the City/County from each franchise granted pursuant to this resolution during the preceding calendar year. > 6.5 On or before July 1 of each calendar year a detailed report showing the progress of each franchisee and listing the complaints and problems encountered by the City/County and the sUbscribers/customers of the franchisee. ,~ 6.6 The Engineering Department shall cause to placed in a suitable publication an announcement of all RFP's, requests for franchise and awards of such franchises. Such announcements shall include but not be limited to the fol~owin9 information. 6.6.1 Date and timing of any RFP issued in accordance herewith. 6.6.2 City/County Office supplying franchise information 6.6.3 Names and addresses of any principals requesting a francbise under this resolution. 6.6.4 Name of any person, corporation or firm receiving a franchise granted in accordance herewith 6.6.5 Area or territory covered by the franchise granted in accordance herewith 8
