SECTION 17 MAPS AND ADDITIONAL REPORTS TO BE FILED BY GRANTEE a) Grantee shall make available to the Director of Engineering, or his representative, upon his request, accurate maps or plats of all existing installations, promptly as suoh maps or plats are prepared, which shall be aocomplished no later than sixty (68) days after such a request. Such maps shall show cell site location, typical cell charaoteristics and in the case of underground backhaul network owned by the Grantee, the horizontal and vertical locations from as built drawings. b) Grantee shall file annually with City/County, not later than sixty (6Ø) days after the end of Grantee's fiscal year, a copy of its report to its stockholders. c) Grantee shall keep on file with City/County a current list of its owners, stockholàers, and bonàholders; provided, however, that this requirement shall not be applicable if Grantees stock is listed on a national stock exchange. , " SECTION 18 RATES TO BE CHARGED BY GRANTEE a) To the extent allowed by law, the City/County shall have the power, authority, and right to approve any changes in customer rates and charges, and it may deny increases or decreases of such rates and charges, and it may àeny increases or decreases of such rates and charges when it determines that such increases or decreases are not justified. b) If in the future, the State public Service Commission, Public Utility Commission, FCC or other duly constituted authority, regulates the rates of Grantee for the service provided for in this franchise, this section shall be of no effect to the extent of any conflict therewith during the period of time such federal or state regulation is in effect. 21
