If possible, add or increase additional parking spaces as well as turn around <br />space on the roads/streets for better traffic control. <br /> <br />B.) Street plans should be reviewed by the fire department for feedback on fire <br />truck egress. <br /> <br />c.) Storm run off design for the streets should be addressed in greater detail. <br /> <br />D.) Visitor parking will be necessary and should be included in plans. <br /> <br />E.) Snow storage should be planned for the winter snowfall needs. <br /> <br />F.) Lighting should be designed for traffic usage keeping in mind that neither should <br />intrude into the living spaces of the homes. <br /> <br />G.) The easement for utility placement should be detailed and presented in a concise <br />manner. <br /> <br />H.) Exterior materials of the homes are of interest and should be of a high quality <br />~.. . <br /> <br />t.) Said buildings should not be 'clones' of each other but have same individuality. <br /> <br />J.) There should be same consideration of areas for community ammenities and a place <br />for residents to go on nice days. <br /> <br />K.) Discussion was presented on proposed sidewalks for the develoment and should <br />be investigated further to address the issue of foot traffjc movement. <br /> <br />L.) Development sign needs to be designed to meet appropriate aesthetic standards. <br /> <br />M.) A projection of the time necessary to complete this development should be <br />presented to the council. <br /> <br />N.)
