<br />2. The City could require that the developer pay the City for the cost that has been invested in its <br />site ($121,000) which would result in units being sold for $125,000 to $130,000. (This would <br />include approximately $3200 added to the sales price of each unit for City land purchase). <br /> <br />3. The City could simply decide not to sell the land, but hold it for a future use. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendations: <br /> <br />1. The staff recommends declaring the site available for purchase at the cost the City has invested <br />in the site, $121,000. <br /> <br />CounciJ Action Requested: <br /> <br />1. Motion to establish the price at which the parcel would be sold ($121,000) and direct the <br />Mayor, City Manager) and Attorney to prepare and sign any legal documents necessary to <br />conclude the sale.
